Delivery & Returns

We offer express delivery all over Cyprus on a flat rate of €7.50 via ACS. Free express delivery on orders over €75.

We also offer a pick up from our store option and free local delivery within our shop’s delivery zone (Germasogeia Tourist Area).
EU countries, UK, Norway and Switzerland delivery is available on a flat rate of €30.
United States and Canada delivery is available on a flat rate of €60.
South Korea, Japan, Australia and New Zealand delivery available on a flat rate of €60.
In deliveries to UK, Norway, Switzerland, South Korea, Japan, Australia, New Zealand, USA and Canada, please note that customs clearance and associated costs, taxes or other charges in the destination country may not be included in the price of the product or postage.
The customer is responsible for customs clearance costs, taxes and other charges in the destination country.
Please note that due to the lack of available stock in Cyprus and the delays in supply to Cyprus caused by the crisis, we may unfortunately cancel and refund your orders for dry food if ordered overseas. Please forgive us for the inconvenience, we are trying to adapt to the current circumstances as best as we can.

It’s okay if you are not 100% happy with the order. You are welcome to return the items you don’t need or aren’t happy with without any reason within 14 days after making your order. 

Please contact us on to request a return. We will reply within 3 days.
Please note that the items have to be in the sellable condition, not worn, unused, with tags and packages intact. We will gladly refund the price of the items upon receiving and inspecting them. Please note that the delivery fee is not refundable and the pick up fee will be subtracted from the refundable amount.
You are welcome to return your purchase in store free of charge. Please make sure you have your receipt with you if you return the items in store.
Please note that snacks, dry and wet food are not returnable if the packs have been opened. 
In the unfortunate event of receiving damaged or faulty items, please contact us on and request a pick up. Please kindly attach a photo of damaged items. We will pick up and inspect the goods and either offer you an exchange or a full refund for your order.
